We had been trying to sell our house for almost 3 years. Kathi and Kelly helped us out by thinking outside of the box. They helped us stage the house for showings, suggested that we offer the buyers an incentive of giving them $2500 towards their closing costs/downpayment. They kept in contact with us and in the end when our offer finally came in, got us the best deal and helped us with the last minute things that had to be done in order to seal the deal. They persevered and kept us in touch to get the job done. We really appreciate their concern and understanding. We had gone through Shorewest, First Webber, Star Properties, and ReMax, so we were getting discouraged. We had tried Leitner Properties and went back to them.
